I have worked alongside Faye as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team working with children with a neurodisability and am more than happy to recommend her as a paediatric physiotherapist. She has excellent clinical skills, sensitive and effective communication skills and is passionate about her role.
Faye is a paediatric physiotherapist who has considerable experience of working with children with neurodisabilities and their families. She has worked in both community and acute settings and also has experience of working within specialised services such as the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London and the Neuromuscular Service, at Bristol Children’s Hospital. She is passionate about working with children with a neurodisability and strives to work with the team around the child to enable every child to participate in activities and to achieve their potential. Faye is practical in her approach; she is excellent at problem solving, having the ability to think outside the box. She will go above and beyond to assist the child and family to achieve realistic personal goals.
Faye is holistic in her approach and understands the many challenges that can be faced by the child and family along their journey. She is open and honest, and she listens and hears what the children and families say to her. Faye is approachable and has excellent communication skills. She makes the sessions with the children fun and tailors her session to individual needs.
Have fun working with her!!!
